Directions:
For facial exfoliation, apply 1-2 times a week on freshly cleansed damp skin in light circular motions for 30 seconds. Remove with cool water and follow up with your Truth Treatment Systems regimen.
For body exfoliation, apply 3-4 times a week on feet, knees, elbows, or thickened calloused skin. Rinse clean and apply Omega 6 Healing Cream.
